Terms and Conditions for Pool Parties, VIP Packages and Day Passes.

If the pool event is cancelled or suspended due to weather or other reasons, here’s what you need to know about refunds:

Cancelled Event

If the event is cancelled, don’t worry. You can move your deposit or full payment to a new date, as long as there is availability and current prices are maintained. If prices increase, the amount of your deposit will be adjusted accordingly. Alternatively, you can use the amount already paid at any of our bars.

Suspended Event

If the event starts but is subsequently suspended, you will be able to use the remaining balance in any of our bars. We appreciate you contacting us and providing the necessary information to process your request.

You will soon receive an email with the booking details and a secure link for payment: a 30% deposit for bookings from Monday to Wednesday, or the full amount for bookings from Thursday to Sunday.
